We, Hongking Pty Ltd are currently providing marriage celebrant service to the members of the public. All the pending couples meet the Marriage Act 1961 requirements to marry are our potential clients. We are authorised to solemnise the marriage all over Australia wide in all the states or territories.
Francisco Zhao is an authorised civil marriage celebrant, Commonwealth of Australia, he also is the Civil Partnership Notary in Queensland, he obtained the bachelor degree associated with law in 1998. After his graduation, he has been participating in providing service in relate to laws. He has been a well standing Justice of the Peace for several years, he has served our community at signing centre at Queensland Justice Association, headquarter of Justice of the Peace Branch of Department of Justice and Attorney General Queensland Government etc. He had also been involved in providing Justice of the Peace legal service to our community at Magistrate Court Brisbane. Therefore he maintained rich experience in assisting our community in providing service.

The requirements to get married with us:
- not be married to someone else
- not be marrying a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother or sister
- be at least 18 years old, unless a court has approved a marriage where one party is aged between 16 and 18 years old
- understand what marriage means and freely consent to becoming husband and wife
- use specific words during the ceremony
- give written notice of their intention to marry to their authorised celebrant, within the required time frame.
